Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder Retail Management – du bringst ein fundiertes Verständnis für Handels- und Markenstrategien mit 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Merchandising und Planogramm-Entwicklung, idealerweise im FMCG-Umfeld und in einem internationalen Setting Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung im KPI-Tracking, um die Wirksamkeit deiner Konzepte datenbasiert zu bewerten Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und Erfahrung in Budgetplanung sowie Steuerung von Agenturen und externen Partnern Starke Kommunikations- und Projektmanagement-Skills, um komplexe Projekte effizient zu koordinieren und Stakeholder zu überzeugen Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind für dich selbstverständlich; weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus Du arbeitest proaktiv, bist hands-on und bringst Leidenschaft für Retail und Markeninszenierung mit
